Article 1: General dispositions

The renter will not be allowed to stay in the flat after the agreed date of departure.

Article 2 : Uses of the place

The renter must be careful with the furnitures, must leave the place as tidy and clean as it was on arrival. If the cleaning state is not satisfactory, it will be charged at a flat rate of 90 euros and deducted from the deposit. The renter is not allowed to sub-let the place to other people. The owner must provide the place as described in the website and keep it maintained if anything fails.

Article 3 : Deposit

A deposit of 500 euros will be paid by the renter upon arrival. This will be returned to the renter on the day of departure or after a maximum of 10 days after the last day of the stay, deductions will be made on the deposit in case of degradations, or spendings made for replacement or reparations. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, deduction will also occur on the deposit. If the deposit happens to be unsufficiant for to the damages, the renters will have to pay an additional sum.

Article 4 : Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is 2 persons.

Article 5 : No pets, no smokers

No pets are allowed in the flat, their presence will stop the terms of this contract. The flat is non-smoking, please smoke outside or on the balconies !

Article 6 : Inventory

A general check will be made in the presence of the renter and the owner.

Article 7 : Payment

Booking is secure when we receive the contract signed by yourself by post or email, and the payment. Payment is made via bank transfer or credit card if done through homelidays website. It can also be done via Paypal.

You must either pay the total amount of the rental including fees for cleaning and bedlinen rental at the time of reservation, or you may be asked to pay 50% at the reservation and 50% one month before your arrival.

Article 8 : Interruption of your stay

If the renter leaves the place prematurely, and if the owner’s responsability is not engaged, the renter will not be liable for any repayment apart for the 500 euros deposit if everything is in good conditions.

Article 9 : Cancellation conditions

Cancellations must be made at least one month in advance by email.

If the cancellation happens less than one month before your arrival, no reimbursement can be made.

If the cancellation happens more than a month before your arrival, and the owner manage to re-let the property for the same period and at the same price, the renter get all his money back.

If the owner can't re-let the property for the same period at the same price, he will give 50% back to the renter (or more depending on the price he managed to let it for.)

If the cancellation is made by the owner, the owner will give back all the payments that have been made by the renter.

Article 10 : Insurances

The renter must have a valid insurance for any serious damage occuring during its stay.
